Two of modern rave's juggernauts partner up for a Dekmantel b2b first. Skee Mask is perhaps best known for his spine-tingling productions that blend well-worn tropes into detailed soundscapes. As a DJ, however, the Munich-local is in a league of his own. Shifting gear from hip-hop and UK-informed sounds into laser-focused techno, he flexes a remarkably creative and unique mixing style. Rotterdam's Stranger has been quickly picked up by established names such as Dave Clarke, Sven Vath and Marcel Dettmann, giving his career as well as his own Self Reflektion label a major kick-start. An aficionado of '90s techno, Stranger's mixes are anything but backwards-facing – his lithe transitions and penchant for propulsive momentum hit the accelerator hard, hurtling towards breakneck bpms.
