Best known for her heady mixes of floor-filling house and electro, Shanti Celeste’s tangerine-hued sound is vibrant, sweet and bursting with citrus. Although she doesn’t shy away from heavier offerings too – riotous jungle and rave that leave dancefloors in a frenzy. Born in Chile, the DJ, producer, singer, radio host and illustrator has also lived in Berlin, Bristol and Cumbria, places that have inevitably flavoured her exploratory and ever-curious approach. In essence, Shanti is a shimmering presence to be savoured, whose sunshine-packed sets are ripe with juicy basslines and bright, blooming bounce.
