As the drummer of Napalm Death in the late '80s, Mick Harris aka Scorn invented the blast beat and the term "grindcore’’, so yes, it’s fair to say we’re talking stuff of legends here. And legends come with anecdotes, like the one that tells us Surgeon made his 1994 debut EP in Harris's converted toilet studio, and that it was Harris who connected him with Regis, helping kickstart Downwards Records and the Birmingham techno sound. After a hiatus from the electronic music scene, Scorn is back and his cult-following is growing and growing. Come see and hear this for yourself, promise you won’t be disappointed.
