If one were to get stuck in a never-ending dream, including all surreal highs and lucid lows, its soundtrack would probably be composed by Eversines. In the past year the Amsterdam-based artist released an ethereal rolling house EP on Nous’klaer Audio, preceded by various releases on imprints like Wex, Kalahari Oyster Cult, De Vlieger and Animals On Psychedelics. Eversines has been active in electronic music for over a decade, both as a producer/DJ and as co-founder of De Lichting: his record label, close group of music- and vinyl-minded friends, and artistic homebase. Operating both in and beyond the club landscape, one of Eversines’ most adventurous projects is the otherworldly ‘Waves’ EP in collaboration with Theremin soloist Caroline Eyck.
