From winning DJ Mag's Breakthrough DJ award to the cult status of her 2022 album All Hours, a love letter to partying until daybreak, she's a force to be reckoned with. Also hailing from the North of England, Special Request is the alias of Paul Woolford, the Leeds-born house, techno, breakbeat and speed garage stalwart who has spent the better part of a decade exploring murk-heavy sounds.
