Il Quadro di Troisi

A collaboration between twin Italian flames – Eva Geist and Donato Dozzy – Il Quadro di Troisi pays homage to their shared musical heritage. Italo disco and synth-pop are reimagined, guided by Geist’s entrancing vocals. The project was born out of a correspondence between the two artists about the late actor and director Massimo Troisi. This exchange became an inspiration, with Il Quadro di Troisi's lyrics reminiscent of a cinematic monologue from the oeuvre of Troisi himself. Il Quadro di Troisi is currently on tour following the release of their latest, highly anticipated album, a heavenly serenade that sees the two synthesiser-maestros elevate their sound to unprecedented heights.
