Responsible for one of our favourite records of ’23, we’re thrilled to welcome a.s.o. to Dekmantel Festival for their debut show on Dutch ground. Aussie artists Lewie Day (better known as Tornado Wallace) and Alia Seror-O'Neill (better known as Alias Error) create ‘end times pop music’ together, drawing inspiration from their mutual love of dream pop, shoegaze and trip-hop. While this producer/vocalist duo will undoubtedly strike a nostalgic chord with both clubbers and indieheads, there’s something surprisingly fresh—like watching an instantly classic movie—about their soothing sound.
